Overview

The HPE Cinder driver provides integration between OpenStack Block Storage (Cinder) and the following HPE storage families:

  • HPE Alletra MP
  • HPE Alletra 9000
  • HPE Primera
  • HPE 3PAR

Supported protocols:

  • iSCSI
  • Fibre Channel (FC)

The driver leverages HPE Storage's Web Services API (WSAPI) and the external Python library python-3parclient for storage management operations.
